New Drop In Service for Voluntary & Community Groups
Mendip Community Support is starting a new drop-in advice service for voluntary and community groups in the Wells area.
The sessions will be held in the Elim Connect Centre (formerly the White Building) on Portway in Wells and the first one is on Wednesday 14th July between 10.00 and 12.00. The service will be available on the second Wednesday of each month.
Tony Shepherd, manager of MCS, said 'Our team can provide general advice and guidance on setting up or developing your group and on potential sources of funding. We can help you with your funding application and with finding suitable training for members of your committee or trustees. We can also help you find volunteers'.
